1. Jelly layer
Sealing Film absorbs a small amount of water from the surface of your lips and becomes a jelly, and Sebum Clear Powder absorbs oil from lipstick to form a jelly. These form a jelly layer which improves adhesion of lipstick to your lips, for longer lasting pigmentation and guarding against makeup transfer.
2. Powder layer
Lip Guard Powder is made up of tiny spheres and tiny flat particles, which fills in any gaps for a smooth powder layer which helps prevent makeup transferring.

HOW LIP TOPPER PREVENTS YOUR LIP MAKEUP TRANSFERRING ONTO YOUR MASK
Method: we applied lipstick to artificial skin, and then applied LIP TOPPER over the top of the left side of the lipstick only. After, we placed non-woven fabric over the top and rubbed with our fingers. We then saw whether lipstick had transferred to the fabric.
Results: where LIP TOPPER was not applied, the lipstick transferred onto the fabric. However, when LIP TOPPER was applied over the top, we couldn’t see transfer of the product onto the fabric for LIPSTICK (Cream and Matte finishes) or Lip Chat (Matte).
