As a customer, your rights are protected under the UK government’s online selling regulations.
All sales on this website are governed by English law and any disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
We (Mary Quant Europe) reserve the right to change/update our terms of sale as deemed necessary.
The personal information you provide us with will be used to process your orders and provide the best service possible. Our store is operated through Squarespace (http://www.squarespace.com) and your personal information will be stored securely on their server so that we may process your order and for no other purpose. We will never sell or pass on your customer information to any third parties and your credit/debit card details are secure.
We do send emails occasionally with information about new Mary Quant products and promotions. However, if you do not wish to receive these messages, please let us know and we will remove you from our mailing list.

Placing an order through this website means you are making an offer to purchase the products you have selected. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order.
Payment by credit/debit card and us receiving payment does not mean we have accepted your order. We reserve the right to decline your order and return payment to you.
We offer returns and exchanges on our cosmetic and fashion products, providing that the products are returned in the following conditions:
Cosmetic Products: The products must be unopened, unused, and in a resaleable condition with all packaging intact.
Fashion Products: The products must be in their original condition, unwashed (if relevant), and with all original tags attached.
For returns and exchanges, products must be returned to us within 28 days of your order being delivered. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. You do not have to give us a reason for wanting to return or exchange products. However, we will refund return postage costs only if you received an incorrect, damaged, and/or defective product.
Due to international shipping regulations, unfortunately we are unable to ship certain items such as nail polish, polish remover, and sprays outside of the UK.
We process and post orders on working days only (Monday-Friday, not including English bank holidays).
Orders placed at the weekend (Saturday and Sunday) will be processed the next working day.
We unfortunately do not ship to Japan.

We ship all our orders from the UK via Royal Mail.
