As a customer, your rights are protected under the UK government’s online selling regulations.

We (Mary Quant Europe) reserve the right to change/update our terms of sale as deemed necessary.

SHOPPING
Our store is operated through Bigcommerce (https://www.bigcommerce.com) and your personal information will be stored securely on their server so that we may process your order and for no other purpose. We will never sell or pass on your customer information to any third parties and your credit/debit card details are secure.
Placing an order through this website means you are making an offer to purchase the products you have selected. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order.
For payments we use a 3rd party payment processor. Your payment information is handled securely and we do not store this information and it is not visible to our team. Payment by credit/debit card and us receiving payment does not mean we have accepted your order. We reserve the right to decline your order and return payment to you.

RESTRICTED GOODS
Due to international shipping regulations, unfortunately we are unable to ship certain items such as nail polish, polish remover, and aerosol sprays outside of the UK.

MARKETING
We send regular emails with information about new Mary Quant products and promotions known as the Daisy Mail. You will only receive this if you have opted in to the newsletter.

To protect the health of our staff, orders may now take 6-7 working days to be processed due to the Coronavirus pandemic. We unfortunately do not ship to Japan. We ship all our orders from the UK via Royal Mail.

CUSTOMS
Please note that we ship all our orders from the UK. Customers purchasing from outside the UK will be responsible for any customs charges incurred on your order.

RETURNS
To qualify for a refund or exchange:

1. The items returned must be in their original condition and unused, which includes any packaging.
Makeup: must be unopened, unused, and in a resaleable condition with all packaging intact. Skincare: must be unopened, unused, and in a resaleable condition with all packaging intact.
Fashion: must be in its original condition, unwashed (if relevant), and with all original tags attached.
2. Products must be returned to us within 28 days after your order has arrived with you. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our Warehouse. Please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the items or boxes. We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us in error.

We will refund the monetary value of the goods returned to us, at the price you purchased them.
We will refund return postage costs only if you received an incorrect, damaged, and/or defective product.
