Returns
To qualify for a refund or exchange:
The items returned must be in their original condition and unused, which includes any packaging.
Makeup: must be unopened, unused, and in a resealable condition with all packaging intact.
Skincare: must be unopened, unused, and in a resealable condition with all packaging intact.
Fashion: must be in its original condition, unwashed (if relevant), and with all original tags attached.
Products must be returned to us within 28 days after your order has arrived with you. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our Warehouse. Please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the items or boxes. We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us in error.
We will refund the monetary value of the goods returned to us, at the price you purchased them.
We will refund return postage costs only if you received an incorrect, damaged, and/or defective product.
